Building rectification
Fix the cause, not the symptom
Concrete repair, structural remediation and waterproofing rectification carried out to engineer specification — then finished by the same team that coats it.
Why it matters
Rectification and finishing under one contract
In South East Queensland, salt air, heat and heavy rain punish concrete and membranes. Spalling, cracked render and failed balcony waterproofing are the symptoms; the causes sit in the substrate and the detailing.
We work from engineer and consultant reports, price the scope honestly and carry out the repairs with our own supervised crews. Because the same company then applies the protective and decorative coatings, there is no gap between remediation and finish — and no argument over who owns a defect.
Committees, strata managers and asset owners receive documented hold points, progress photography and close-out records suitable for future maintenance planning.
